RegenX and its affiliates shall have no obligations with respect to such submissions or posts and may use the ideas contained in such submissions or posts for any purposes in any medium in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services using such ideas. Promotions RegenX may, from time to time, include contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities (“Promotions”) that require you to submit material or information concerning yourself. Please note that all Promotions may be governed by separate rules that may contain certain eligibility requirements, such as restrictions as to age and geographic location. RegenX Warranty The RegenX Warranty covers all eligible products for a period of one year from the date of delivery. It provides comprehensive coverage for defects in materials and workmanship, excluding misuse and accidental damage. Within the first 10 days of purchase, the RegenX Warranty covers all components of the product, including the screen. After this initial period, the warranty covers all components except for the screen. Misuse of the product, such as water, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications, voids the warranty. RegenX Technology FZ-LLC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of warranty claims and may require proof of purchase. RegenX Extended Warranty The RegenX Extended Warranty extends coverage for an additional year, totaling two years from the date of purchase. This extended warranty provides comprehensive coverage for defects in materials and workmanship, including misuse, up to a maximum value of 1500AED per claim. It covers misuse, including accidental damage, but is limited to one claim per warranty period. Claims exceeding the maximum value of 1500AED will be the responsibility of the customer. RegenX Technology FZ-LLC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of warranty claims and may require proof of purchase. General Terms Both the RegenX Warranty and RegenX Extended Warranty are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage does not extend to accessories or consumable items included with the product. RegenX Technology FZ-LLC reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any product covered under warranty. Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized parties void the warranty. Warranty claims must be initiated through our customer support channels and may require the return of the product for inspection. RegenX Technology FZ-LLC is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Miscellaneous If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms & Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms & Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of RegenX. RegenX will be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligations of posting any bond or surety) in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you. RegenX operates and controls the RegenX Service from its offices in United Arab Emirates. The Service is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the RegenX Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. These Terms & Conditions (which include and incorporate the RegenX Privacy Policy) contains the entire understanding, and supersedes all prior understandings, between you and RegenX concerning its subject matter, and cannot be changed or modified by you.
