At RegenX, all online orders are delivered straight to your doorstep — we do not use pickup points. This ensures a simple and convenient experience every time you shop with us. If you’d like to purchase a device immediately, you can also visit our Revibe store in Dubai, where you can explore available devices and buy on the spot. Please note that prices in-store may differ from those listed on our website, and stock availability in-store is very limited. With doorstep delivery and a Dubai store for instant purchases, RegenX makes shopping easy and flexible.
Because we sell a large number of devices, we’re unable to provide individual photos for each one. However, you can shop with confidence knowing that you are covered if you face any issues with the device, you can return your purchase within 10 days through our easy return policy.

Track Your Order Easily You can track and manage all your orders anytime through My Account which you can access through the Revibe website or mobile App. Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link in your confirmation email. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends: Saturday & Sunday).
Our Delivery Promise At RegenX, we’re proud to deliver over 90% of our orders within the promised timeline. However, sometimes unexpected delays can occur due to factors outside of our control. But don’t worry — even if your order is delayed, our team is always working to make sure it’s delivered as soon as possible. We closely track all orders and ensure nothing is missed. Your satisfaction remains our priority, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Cancelling Your Order We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here's how it works: If your order is delayed, you're entitled to cancel free of charge. We're committed to keeping our delivery promises, and if we don’t, we’ll make it right by covering all costs. If your order is on time, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply. This covers processing and payment gateway fees we incur when an order is cancelled after confirmation. To request a cancellation, simply login to "My Account" and raise a claim. We’ll take it from there and update you as soon as possible. Please note: If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you're still covered by our return policy if the product doesn’t meet your expectations. A Note on "RegenX Express" Orders Orders placed with our RegenX Express option are processed immediately to ensure ultra-fast delivery (within 24 hours). Because of the speed of this service, cancellations are not possible once an Express order is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help with any further questions.
If You Received the Wrong Item We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you’ve received the wrong item, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible. What to Do Let us know right away by raising a Claim through My Account. Make sure to provide all the requested details so we can process your request quickly. Once we receive your form, one of our customer representatives will contact you to arrange the return. What Happens Next We’ll take care of the return process and make sure the correct item is sent to you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Received a Damaged Item? We want every purchase from us to put a smile on your face! If your order arrives damaged, broken, or not as you expected, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can fix it right away. How to report the issue: Raise a Claim through My Account. Fill in all the required details and tell us what went wrong (the more details, the better!). Once we get your request, our team will contact you quickly with simple instructions on how to return the item and get the issue resolved as fast as possible.
